Background Removal

Hi

Can I make a suggestion to include a background removal feature so it sets the desktop background as black.

I have connected a few times to clients with backgrounds that keep changing and causing the screen to continuously refresh, which on a slow connection is just painful.

Hi! Actually, the background currently always switches to black. In the demo it doesn’t but for real machines it does. If you see the actual background picture, please let us know.

Hi Max and Totsupport.

I am reporting that I often have the background appear as well (not black).

It would be great to have this be the default as desired.

Is there any way to prevent the program from doing this? When I connect to a mac, it changes it to gray, and doesn’t change back when I quit the program. I then have to go back and fix it later.
